These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Bohrer Built (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms.

 

Services
Bohrer Built provides handyman, carpentry, and related home improvement services. Service availability is subject to scheduling, location, and project scope. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests at our discretion.

 

Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided are based on information shared by the client and are subject to change based on in-person evaluation, material availability, and job complexity. We strive to be as accurate as possible, but final pricing may vary.

 

Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We currently accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Non-payment may result in cancellation of future service eligibility.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

 

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project details and safe access to the service location. Any undisclosed hazards, delays, or changes may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

 

Warranties and Limitations
Bohrer Built strives to provide high-quality service. However, we make no warranties beyond those required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

 

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and media, is the property of Bohrer Built and may not be reused or distributed without permission.

 

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nebraska. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
